A Foggy Day

It’s interesting how a foggy day can “feel” good, cool, quiet with the fog hanging so low, yet it causes me to feel very tired.  In spite of that, God helped me have a blessed day.   Good friends brought a chocolate whipped cream cake with cherries and stayed for a nice long visit.  I got to speak with Leslee about the 2 LST teams that will be in Sfantu Gheorghe 9 September – Oct. 23.  Adolf and I spoke for awhile via Skype.  I was also blessed to visit with Csilla for the first time in a week.  This is just another example about how God brings things into our lives every day for which we can be thankful.

Tonight when I asked God for a message to share with you on the blog, the page in “God Calling,” opened to  “Give abundantly.  Feel that you are rich.  Have no mean thought in your heart.  Of love, of thought, of all you have, Give, Give, Give.”

“You are followers of the world’s Greatest Giver.  Give of your time, of personal ease and comfort, of rest, of fame, of healing, of power, of sympathy, of all these and many more.  Learn this lesson, and you will become a great power to help others and to do mighty things.”  — Anne
