A View from the Top

Before the snow melts completely, join me on the back balcony to look down the gentle mountain slope to the houses below mine. Rising behind those houses is another mountain slope rising up towards heaven.

Sunshine and strong winds are working on melting the snow.

There's still a nice pile of snow in the front yard. My neighbors cleared the sidewalks and my driveway. What a lovely "welcome home" gift.

Looking to the West, snow is everywhere - so pure, covering Sugash Mountains. You probably can't see it, but my swing set has footprints leading to it. My neighbor's child and friends swing, built a snowman and a fortress in my yard.

It’s supposed to be only 26 F tonight, with a high of 36 F on Sunday. Is it warming up?Wordpress has “improved” their site. I’m curious what will actually show up in the blog.

The brightness of the snow reminds me of Ezekiel 43:2 “…the ground was bright with the Glory of God.” — Anne

Yes, from your posting I just clicked “aboew from the top” and it went straight to Godschildren blog. Cool! My house seems empty without you, but your spirit in Christ lingers.
    Love you,

Ah, yes, God is with us no matter where we are, or what we are doing…running away from God, or walking with Him. He does love us.
